Elena Trifiletti is a researcher of social psychology at the Department of Human Sciences. Her research interests include intergroup relations, prejudice, and stereotyping. In her main line of research, She investigates lie detection in cross-race contexts. She is also interested in the impact of intergroup contact, specifically She has studied how and when intergroup contact reduces prejudice in different intergroup contexts.
