The project intends to analyze the inclusive processes and innovative methodologies implemented in recent years - and especially those emerged as resilient during the pandemic crisis of 2020 (AA.VV. 2020) -, with particular attention to the training activities implemented in schools for the acquisition of personal and professional skills for facing today's educational challenges. The research will involve 300 trainee teachers and 1500 students from 30 schools in the regions of Sardinia, Veneto and Emilia Romagna. The objective is to develop and promote tools and paths for initial and in-service training of curricular and support teachers aimed to promote inclusion processes. Furthermore, it is intended to detect how schools are actually able to offer customized courses and how teachers are adequately trained to respond effectively to students' needs. The research, starting from the results of the PISA and INVALSI tests, is aims to identify the real educational needs of curricular and support teachers and to outline training path for the initial and in-service training of teaching staff.
