Elena Guerra

Elena Guerra is a PhD student in Education at the University of Verona, where she carries out researchon Intercultural Competences in the Workplace. She is a journalist, media educator, and didactic tutor for the Master in Intercultural Competence and Management. Her research interests are focused on intercultural communication and diversity management. She is also a member of Neg2Med, University of Verona Centre for Negotiation and Mediation.
