Curriculum

Roberta Silva is an associate professor of Teaching in the Department of Human Sciences. She is the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center of Verona University, a member of the board of the single-cycle Master's Degree in Primary Education Sciences, and a member of the Le CoSe Laboratory (Learning Community Service). Her main research areas concern teacher education and educational research in the educational field. She is currently a member of AERA (American Educational Research Association), SIPED (Italian Society of Pedagogy and Didactics), SIRD (Italian Society of Didactic Research) and CRED (Center for Education and Didactics). Epistemology of qualitative Inquiry In order to fund an empirical rigorous research in the field of the human sciences, it has been elaborated a qualitative epistemology that has as epistemic core: Bateson’s ecology, naturalistic inquiry, phenomenology and pragmatism.
