Maria Cecilia Barbetta is a Researcher at the Department of Human Sciences and an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures.
My studies focused mainly on Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, Goethe, Herder, Hannah Arendt.
I am among the founders and composers of the Research Center “Forma Mentis”: advanced research center on the phenomenology of relations of care, on the processes of formation (Paideia, Bildung) in the different disciplines and cultures and on philosophy as an exercise of transformation, head Professor Guido Cusinato.
I participate to the activities of the departmental Research Center “Asklepios: Filosofia, Cura, Trasformazione”, head Professor Linda Napolitano.
I am member of the cultural and departmental Project “La cura del sentire fra antico e contemporaneo”, one of the fields of departmental research “Teorie e pratiche della cura; Radici e culture della contemporaneità”.
I am member of the departmental interdisciplinary Research Group “Emotions”.
