I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Human Sciences, with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology at Verona University.
My primary research interest lies in the study of the processes and dynamics of the antecedents of proactive behaviors in the workplace, i.e. job crafting, and on the effects of workplace interventions aiming at sustaining employee empowerment and positive proactive behaviors.
In my research, I make use of latent change score models, growth mixture models, and multilevel modeling to understand the role of time in influencing cognitive and contextual factors related to employee behaviors. I also conduct behavior change interventions -quasi-experimental research designs, with motivational and/or implementation interventions- in working contexts to sustain employees’ self-management of their own work characteristics.
