Learning outcomes

In a complex and pluralistic society, intercultural education must have a confrontation with the interpersonal communication, with the management of conflicts and with the mass media. The course aims at discussing the important points of communication in a multicultural society, so to provide to students the theoretical and practical instruments for an educational intervention, that considers the background in which to operate.
All that joins up with an interactive teaching method, based on the direct involving of the students, on the writing out of some texts and on the participation of guests, with whom will be possible to build a profitable debate.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written dissertation of 9.000 – 18.000 types, about a topic agreed with the teacher and oral exam about the three texts.
